We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the Dr.ProBio app collects, why we collect it, and how it is used.
About This App
Dr.ProBio is a wellness app that helps you explore Dr.ProBio products, use product guidance tools, view promotions and events, and privately track your own wellness records for personal reference. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
What Data We Collect
Account details you provide when you sign up (name, email address and, optionally, mobile number), your PDPA and marketing consent choices, DPB+ signup details (including preferred gift collection location and date of birth), DPB Elite enquiry details (such as invoice reference, preferred contact method and message), and messages you send to Chat with Dr.ProBio.
Why We Collect It
To create and secure your app account, remember your consent choices, respond to your enquiries, verify and manage your DPB+ or DPB Elite membership, and send promotions or event updates only where you have agreed to receive them.
How Account Data Is Used
Your account details are used to log you in, display your name in the app, and let you manage your profile and preferences in My Account. We do not sell your personal information.
How Wellness Tool Data Is Used
Bowel Pattern Calendar, Meal Journal and Insights records are stored locally on your own device, not in the Dr.ProBio database. They are for your personal reference only. Individual wellness records are not reviewed, analysed, scored or accessed by Dr.ProBio or its administrators, and are not used to provide medical advice or product recommendations. If you clear browser data, uninstall the app or use another device, these records may no longer be available.
Exported Records
When you export your records as a PDF or CSV, the file is generated on your device and saved wherever you choose. Once exported, you are responsible for how that file is stored or shared, including if you choose to share it with a healthcare professional.
Chatbot Interactions
Messages you send to Chat with Dr.ProBio are processed to generate a reply and may be retained to improve the quality of our answers. Please do not share sensitive medical details, identification numbers or payment information in chat.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate the app, or where required by law.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your app account at any time from My Account → Delete Account. This submits a deletion request for your app account data, removes wellness records stored on your device, and logs you out. DPB Club and Louree purchase records are separate from the app login in this phase and are not automatically affected.
